What is ph-neutral ?
In 2003, Phenoelit created a frame in which people interested in computer
security (commonly referred to as hackers *g*) can share ideas/codes/success.
It will, again, be an invitation-only party. Guests are invited due to the fact that they
are known by the people who run the party or because they
got recommended from another guest. If you feel that you should be on this list and
you are not, send a flame to FX to complain.
When is this happening?
date: 21.05.2004 - 23.05.2004 (for the USofA: 05/21/04 - 05/23/04)
d00rs: around 6:00 pm
Where is it?
The party will happen in Berlin/Germany.
The place is the c-base, situated at Rungestr. 20, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
This is near to the Ostbahnhof, one of Berlins biggest train-stations, also see this

Guest invitations are in the process, but feel free to apply for ph-neutral by
using this form. If you receive the final message, save
the email and make sure you bring the key sent along with your invitation to
the event. If you forget the key, you will be firewalled of by the physical
security team and you will spend serious time hunting down FX or any other
Phenoelit member who knows you and is still able to identify you and
himself.

... seems getting more and more complicated to get a hotel for ph-neutral, anyway ... we found another nice hotel (****) close to the c-base, check it for more infos:
Art'otel Berlin Mitte.
It is also in a 10 minute walk distance to c-base and I just checked their site (april, 2nd), they still have rooms available. It's not that cheap, but most of the other hotels are only to reach by taxi.

Just a 10 minute walk away.
It is the Ibis Hotel Ostbahnhof, if you
come by train you almost crash right into it.
At ph-neutral time the rate for a double or single room (NOT per person) is 69 Euros per night, so share the room - share price, if
you want.

We can also recommend the Park-Inn Hotel.
This famous hotel is standing right on the Alexanderplatz, next to the TV-tower.
If you decide to crash there, ask for a room in the highest possible floor. If you manage to get high ;) you can catch a nice
look over the city.
The easiest way to get to c-base then is by cab. We think a one-way ride will cost about 5-8 Euros depending on traffic.
If you decide to walk, you must calculate at least 15 minutes, depending on your fitness.
